Contact forms
If you contact us through a contact form on our site, we will answer using the email address that you provide us with. This won’t sign you to any email series, and we will NOT provide this information out to any 3rd parties.

Cookies
We place cookies on a couple of our pages in order to evaluate the performance of our paid traffic from Facebook, Google and other sources.

This lets us to see if people are visiting our site, and if they are going further or not, and allows us to make more informed decisions.

We do not get release any private data from this, and we do not share our pixel with any 3rd parties.

Signing In
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display preferences. Login cookies last for two days, and screen preference cookies last for 12 months. If you choose “Remember Me”, your login will remain the same for a fortnight. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.

If you edit or publish a blog post, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal details and simply indicates the post ID of the blog post you just edited. It is removed after 24 hours.

Who we share your data with
We do not release your data with 3rd parties, however we may place Facebook and/or Google pixels so that we can analyse the performance of our paid advertising.

This does not give us any private information, but lets us to make informed choices based on the general trend.

How long we retain your information
If you make a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can monitor and approve any follow up comments automatically instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.

For members that register on our website (if any), we also keep the private details they give us in their user profile.

All members can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except it is not possible to change their login name).

Website admin can also view and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have previously commented (currently turned off), you may request to obtain an exported file of the personal information we have on record about you, including any information you have provided to us.

You can also request that we erase any personal information we have stored about you.

This does not include any information we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
